I didn't grow up dreaming of boardrooms.

I grew up in Shirur, Pune District — the eldest daughter of my family, learning early that hard work and responsibility go hand in hand. I moved to Pune at 16, studied while working part-time, and started my career as a 3-month intern at a CA firm in April 2012.

Fourteen years later — after working across hospitals, multinationals, tech companies, and manufacturing firms — I had built expertise in recruitment, HR operations, payroll, vendor management, executive assistance, and travel desk management.

In February 2026 I took everything I had learned and founded PS Talent Solutions — so that startups and small businesses could access the same quality HR support that I spent 14 years delivering for large organisations.

My promise to you: I will personally handle every requirement — directly, honestly, and with full dedication. No junior staff. No middlemen.
